      We have a 30 day money back guarantee policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

      Damage and Problems

      Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.


      Exchanges

      We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't receive the exact product you expected, let us know and we'll get you a new one.

      Refunds


      We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
